Maybe you recognise that you repeat cycles of not feeling well, it’s all ok, you are not alone.

What to expect from a session
My approach is to give you unconditional kindness in a safe environment for you to just be. Sessions are designed for your individual requirements. If you are just looking to seek some mindfulness guidance with something that has been challenging, then often a single session can give you clarity and reassurance. Another time you might be feeling low and unsure where to start, it’s ok I will help you surface what's been happening and what's been on your mind, all you have to do is show up. After the initial consultation, a follow up session is recommended to explore mindfulness, around what has arisen, and to give you the tools to tackle any issues. The number of session’s and when you require them is completely up to you.
